Thank you for supporting me! Here are some things you’ll need to know​

Disclosure 

Concerning intuitive readings; We are using our ‘intuitive’ gifts to receive information and interpret, according to our own individual perspective, of what we attained, to the best of our abilities. We do not guarantee, imply or state, that predictions and results on any service we provide. For legal reasons, I have to advice that these psychic/intuitive (all) readings and energy doses are for entertainment purposes. Our team and services should never be used as a substitute/replacement for professional medical, legal and or financial advice/treatments.

Readings
Age

To get a reading, you must be 18 years of age. If you are a minor (15 -17 yrs. old) you must have permission from a parent.

Accuracy & Choice

Although we  do our very best and have many satisfied clients, I cannot guarantee the predicted events to come; the future is fluid. In  readings we may provide options, “if,” possible and do our best to “advise.”  We can not take responsibility for decisions you make and will not tell you what to do. We may share our choice in the situation(s) but in the end it is up to you.

Scheduled Time

Be aware that because at times, I am working with delicate situations, a reading prior to yours may go over time. If this happens, please be patient for a 10 min. delay – this rarely happens but, be advised. 
For in-person readings I will try to wait 10 minutes before leaving and will attempt to email, text and or call concerning your appointment.
If you don’t use up your full duration of the reading we cannot move that towards a reading in the future.

Late 

If you are running late for your appointment I will call, text, or email within 5 minutes of your scheduled time. I am not obligated to do so. I can just leave within 5 minutes and you will not get a refund due to our cancellation policy. If you are running late it’s best to inform us it may result in a cancelled appointment or, if possible, a shorter reading time.

No Show

No show (after up to a 10 minute wait of an in – person) or missed call due to client not picking up, within a 5 minute time frame of the scheduled appointment, will result in cancelled appointment. I will attempt to call, text, and or email you with the information provided when booking.  Please read our cancellation policy on the confirmation email sent when scheduled.

Reporting Incidents

I will immediately report any instances of harassment (in any form- email, text, and phone or in person), blackmail, impersonating an individual, or any questionable act/behavior to the appropriate authorities without hesitation. 

Payments

To confirm your appointment payment will need to be submitted  24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Without doing so, we will have to cancel your appointment. We do not accept cash.​

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations, not including no show or not answering my call during scheduled appointment time, made within 24 hours of notice, are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not cancel within 24 hrs there is no refund. Please notify us to avoid this charge. Our scheduling hours are from Monday to  Saturdays 10 am – 3 pm, please contact us by phone or email if there are any changes that need to be made. We are closed every Sunday and will not be able to get back to you till the following week.

Refunds

In order to process a refund you’ll need to contact by phone or email, between our operating hours (Mon-Sat: 10am-7pm) and we will process your refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Privacy Policy

In the process of scheduling, sessions, emails etc. I may require confidential information from you in order to provide my service. Please know that all your personal information, whenever obtained is held in strict confidence. I value and respect each client and I do not share or trade it under any circumstance unless of course requested by you. 

Also know that I do NOT store your credit card information in fact, I will never have access since I have a third party like PayPal handling all fees.​ The safest option we have is for you to submit payment yourself through PayPal.
