Laughter and lightness are always welcome.) My goal is always the same—to bring you clarity, spark shifts, and help you step into your most empowered self.
My background is a blend :
hypnotherapy, spiritual guidance, astrological insights, and subconscious reprogramming. With a BA in Sociology and a hypnotherapy certification. Along the way, I’ve discovered a unique healing modality that gently shifts subconscious patterns, creating space for lasting transformation; the Attunement.
Readings for me it’s about helping you uncover, understand, and gently rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you.

So… what is it? It’s still your “normal” style readings — just with a little extra oomph to keep you moving toward your desires! if needed. If you want to do it ol’ school, no problem but please hear me out…
I call this a “Progression Reading” because it’s designed to empower your active role in creating forward motion. Think of it as a mix of divine insight and loving accountability—like having a compass and a cheerleader as you navigate your journey.
Here’s the heart of it:
Romantic “spot checks” or occasional updates? Absolutely—I’m here for those!
However… the true transformation requires momentum. If we revisit the same situation repeatedly without progress, it dims the magick (and your power).

In a Progression Reading, I may be nudged to weave in a mini-hypnosis or an Attunement Treatment during your session (details on my Services Page!). These are gentle, intuitive additions to help you release blocks and align with your highest path – to possibly change an outcome too.
In some circumstances after your reading, you’ll receive free personalized exercises (if guided!), crafted to deepen your work between sessions. This isn’t homework—it’s soul work.

I’ll call from an “808” number. Please, please DO NOT contact me through that number after sessions for any reason, it disrupts other readings, and I’d like to maintain my privacy and boundaries.
You can book a reading whenever is needed. We understand things come up, it’s totally up to you. The “standard” wait time for us is 1 month just to let things settle and play out. But, again if needed go ahead and book!
Nope. It’s like having a security mirror present but no mirror, lol. I don’t like it; takes too much energy to filter. I don’t even like to be on speaker so friends can sit in. Once again, it takes a lot of energy so please be respectful.
As for purchasing a session for a friend/ family who is not ready for change, don’t do it drives me nuts!! They have to be ready or understand what the session will be like. Kindly explain to them or guide them to this site. *Curtsy, bow * a humble thank you!

That said, if we’re actively collaborating on a specific goal, I gently recommend avoiding overlapping energy work or methodologies for that particular intention.
Think of it like cooking: too many chefs (or spices!) can muddy the recipe. To honor the clarity and momentum we’re building together, I ask that we keep our work focused and undiluted.
Once we’ve completed our work, I suggest waiting at least 30 days before booking again. Energy shifts and healing unfold in their own time—like planting a seed, it needs space to grow without disruption.
This isn’t about ‘competition’—it’s about respecting the sacredness of your process. Every practitioner has unique gifts, and your trust in them (and yourself!) is what creates real transformation.
