Since bebe time, I've sensed energies — things others couldn't see, and knew things before they'd happen. It took time to embrace this gift fully, but once I did, my path unfolded beautifully. Officially practicing since 2013, I've grown in Reiki, acupoint therapy, EFT tapping, hypnotherapy, and other energy modalities. I favor some more than others, but I'll use whatever's needed for you.

Modalities I Work With

  • Hands-off distance energy work to help clear and rebalance what's stuck. I bring this in during sessions when your energy calls for it — as needed.

  • I tap by proxy or guide you through it yourself, depending what the moment calls for, possibly paired with hypnotherapy to reach the subconscious directly.

  • I read and work with what your body's holding — tension, memory, blocked energy — remotely, it’s a natural process whenever a session calls for it.
