Keep Spiritually Fit
Water -it washes out the spiritual toxins
Spiritual Exercises -Do spiritual exercises it can be as simple as centering yourself. This would also include meditations, prayers, or singing.
Sleep –My goodness so many people get spiritual attacks because of the lack of sleep.
Eat –Really??!! I really had to tell some of you that?! SMH!! -some just don’t have the time to eat.
Self-time –Whether is is 5 minutes or a whole day to yourself do an activity that is just for you.
Keeping your physical body healthy -I always tell clients being tired, hungry, and or sick is when you can get spiritually attached (due to weakness).
