Feeling Stuck: Transitioning & Reconnecting Exercise

Sometimes we get so caught up in our schedules, life or negative feelings we lose our way. We feel disconnected to self and then feel stuck.
Here’s an exercise that may help
  • Ask yourself what you’ve accomplished within the last 2 months. It can be big or small.
  • Then, know where your headed(something already on your to do list) and or have a goal to work towards for then next week, quarter ( 3 months) or 6 moths (try not to have it work related). It can be as simple as go hiking, get a healing or a well deserved trip. Whatever you choose work towards that goal. Direction helps you not to be so restless.
  • Last, remind yourself of who loves you the most whether they have passed or are still alive. Stay in that moment of their love. Never forget it and remember that they would want the best for you.

TIPS:

Exercise (physical work outs; if I practice this I just move my legs up & down while sitting on a chair) with the intent to release energy. Just to be clear to help release the stuck feelings or help with transition I’m suggesting you exercise WITH intent of release. It doesn’t take long.
 
Salt water mediation on my blog OR a centering exercise can help also. Practice this 2 times a day if possible for about a week. It should help tons.
 

Reconnection

  • Close your eyes and take a few belly breaths
  • Visualize total darkness within you body. Then, from a small speck, see a very bright light begin to grow within you.
  • Push the white light out into the universe to connect to all things knowing that this is you connecting to all living things. Do this for a few seconds.
  • Then imagine that all you have connected is being drawn into you. All living things are now in you.
  • Know that you are connected to all, all is connected to you.
Practice once a day for a week.
 
It takes time to get out of a funk. If things should not change come in and get a reading. You may have some past life issues you need to work out or need to get an Attunement.
