Affirmation Tip

When doing an affirmation here’s some tricks I use.

Lets say I wanted to be more abundant in life.
 
  • I would look up a few readings on abundance.
  • I would then determine what my definition of abundant is and my feelings towards it. You want to choose a word that suits you. I don’t really use the word abundance in my daily vocabulary and am seeking a word that is easy for the logical mind to accept; something more practical.
For myself, I found that abundance really meant fortunate. Good fortune.
  • I would use this sequence of words to do my affirmations…
“(your word) Embraces me”
I’d say it out loud,
“Good Fortune embraces me!”
  • I’d say this three times in a row while visualizing “Good Fortune” as a living being in the physical. ANDI would see that this was a loving being, that the phrase it self is a loving being. At the same time envision, this loving being of ‘Good Fortune’ embracing a very warm hug. I feel loved in its embrace.
It’s been said that our subconscious will start to accept the affirmation after 40 days of saying it.
So again, pick you word, plug it into the sequence, Say it out loud three times and envision it as a loving entity in the physical embracing you with its love.
TIP: Say it 3 times in a row 3 times a day
