Breath Work

Need to center, power up, balance and all that good stuff?
Try this technique to calm down, before a spiritual exercise, mediation, when restless etc.
 
Find your pulse point wrist or neck.
Follow its rhythm. Remember it.
 
Now breath in –knowing that the air coming in is universal energy.
 
Feel and envision it entering the center of you. I sometimes will see this in, what I call, my power center about 3 to 4 inches above the belly button (your Solar Plexus)
OR breathe it in the sacral area.
 
When you breathe in do it for 4 counts of your pulse rhythm.
Then hold the energy there just a bit releasing for 4 counts of our pulse rhythm.
I do three in a row. YES, do more if you can.
