Here’s what you can do
- Locate where it’s affecting your body
- imagine it as a color
- Exhale it out ( till you feel lighter)
- Draw in earth Energy for grounding
- As you continue to breathe focus on your / a desire.
- Imagine you have it. Generate the feelings as though the desire is happening right now.
- Feel gratitude as though you have it.
- Repeat 6 & 7 and imagine your are breathing in this reality (desire) for 3 – 5 minutes
Top it off by getting into your spiritual practice:
- Yoga
- Prayer / mediation
- Candles (intentions setting-burning papers of intentions)
- Home or Self cleanse (sage /bathe etc)
- Herbal Bath
