Word Weaver—Healer: How to Speak Power

How to read: How to’s at the top, notes/disclaimers all in the mix, deeper dives in part III. So, don’t worry if you came—by recommendation— for “activating items” just scroll to that section. Same for any other topic.

We hear things like “words hurt”—or “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never harm me”—not true. Words carry power. If you’ve followed my work, you know thoughts and feelings are energy. So are words. They help shape reality. They are magick. They manifest. They can wound or heal, bind or free. Some weave words to shift energy, rewrite stories, and unlock deep healing. We all have the ability to do this 💁🏽 (flipping hair).

This is what it means to be a Word Weaver—Healer.

Just So You Know

Not to worry. Many clients ask if speaking power can backfire—“What if I hurt myself? Bring bad luck? Or worse?”—after saying something reactionary. Some don’t want to harm others (and some do). What’s needed is alignment & intention. If you were 1000% certain you wanted something, made the decision, felt it, then acted (even in seconds)… you weren’t worried in the first place 😄—you wanted it. So the backlash question is slightly different, and that’s for another blog. For now: speak clear, speak true, and trust the work.

How to Speak Power

Words vibrate. They imprint. They create. Think about how one word can shift a mood—“love” feels warm, “fear” feels heavy and unsettling. Now imagine channeling that power intentionally—manifesting desires.

Steps to Speak Over a Person, Place, or Thing (Whether They’re Present or Not)

  • Align Body, Mind, Spirit – Bring all three into agreement before speaking.
  • Speak with Intention – Pause, feel the words, and infuse them with purpose.
  • Start Small – Whispering is easiest, but singing or normal speech works too.
  • Lock In the Energy – Use breath or touch (e.g., whispering over a candle or your hands).
  • Just Know It’ll Work – Belief (action) is the key. Rituals strengthen faith.

When using these techniques in magick or to manifest, it helps if you do it over a number of days. That’s because you’re reiterating the act to the mind, which reinforces intent. I say borrow from the practitioners who use odd days – 3, 5, 7, 9 etc. Two reasons:

  1. The collective belief about odd #’s adds to our power—“power ‘from’ the people” ✊😄.
  2. There’s power in numbers. Simple as that.

Example Using on People

In readings, I sense what a client is projecting—sometimes with Tarot as a check. When I name a block or potential, it locks in the energy (either to release or manifest it).

  • I sense the block → name it (the feeling, sensation, or whatever comes to mind) → and it begins to wiggle loose (or completely release).
  • I sense (intuitively) potential → say it or tune in more to clarify what it could be → and this strengthens the outcome’s possibility.

Another example: blessing my grandchildren by whispering over them with breath (I do each step) → the physical act (breathe) deepens the intention.

Remember: You don’t need the person present. See them in your mind, speak, and trust.

Notes

Clarifying Alignment

It’s calling your body, mind, and spirit to “attention”—like soldiers snapping into formation. Ready. It takes seconds. You sense it, you know it’s “ready” by the shift in your body (a stillness, a pull, a “yes”). It’s all coming into agreement to perform.

Odd Days Tradition

Odd numbers (3, 5, 7, 9) are tied to activation/movement—like Hoodoo’s 3-day spells or numerology odd numbers as “dynamic.” The collective belief in their power adds a push to your work. Can you use even #’s… yes.

No Touch/Breath? No Problem

You don’t have to use touch or breath—it just amplifies. The physical action draws you deeper into the magick/healing—it helps anchor the energy in the real world.  If it’s hard now, practice the steps without it, touch/breath, make it a future goal. Or try this: Visualize your hands touching the person/object. See the energy transfer.

If You Struggle to “Just Know”

“Just know” (😄 easier said than done, yea?). Your actions already show faith—that’s why you’re trying. The consecutive odd days will help—subconscious gets a turbo🚀 boost. Give it time.

Disclaimer: Results vary by belief and consistency. It should be obvious. I’m not going to address negative intents—I’m not that Reader. If the alignment feels off—practice that before doing the whole process.

Activating Items

What It Means: Charging an object with energy for a specific goal.

Example (Voodoo Doll)

Doll (base item) → added materials (hair, herbs—added is optional) → spoken words (intent/decision) → repeated over time.

How I Use It

  • Blessing Herbs/Salts → Thank the plant (“living energy”), thank God for tools, state intent → speak over it.
  • Spiritual Tools → Tarot, candles, pendulums → same method.
  • Self-Work → Journals, magick → infuse with spoken power.
  • Extra Power = Repeat over days.

Healing Ethics: A Word Weaver’s Perspective

“Permission”? Pfft—Nah, just kidding. It still needs structure though. Many healers insist on it because of fear of boundaries & “laws.” Here’s food for thought:

  • Healing energy isn’t a violation. You’re sending productive energy (like a blessing or prayer). If their higher self rejects it, cool → it boomerangs back with good intent. Win-win.
  • Vs. Negative Energy: You not liking someone → You’re already sending energy their way (thoughts count). Difference is, that’s non-productive—it messes with your mental/emotional health because it’s bothering you. But healing? If “praying for others” is ethical, so is this.
  • The Line: Trying to rewrite their business→ Ummm… 🤨 That’s manipulation. By your own laws, you wouldn’t want it done to you. Consequences→ Exactly what you’d expect if it were you. BOOM.

Me: I don’t send negativity—waste of energy funds. But their junk aimed at me? Oh, let me tell you! That’s freely given energy… My 🍑→ transmutes into fuel to add to my goals.

Key: Send healing as neutral energy (visualize a color + sense that it’s “healing” for potency). Their higher self decides how to use it. If it’s “returned”… Great—you get good vibes back. Disagree? Explain why prayers don’t curse people. Exactly. Man-made “ethics” 🎶 “Fat Man in a Little Coat” 🎶 (Tommy Boy, Chris Farley)—fear dressed as rules.

Still don’t believe? I didn’t ask you to. 🤗 said with love.

Clarifying Energy Work and Permission

For those struggling with the concept of sending energy without permission (e.g., Reiki ethics): If energy follows higher-self agreement, why do some recipients report discomfort? This could be due to mismatched intent.

Suggestion: A middle ground—visualize “if this serves your highest good” before sending energy.

Additional Q&A

What about influencing others (e.g., speaking prosperity over a friend)? Is there a difference?

Yes and no. The higher self and Source determine the final outcome in healing (due to soul paths and contracts). Energy may be accepted but not used. If not received, it returns with the same positive intent.

Note: I understand you want to send positive energy—that’s wonderful! But the healthiest approach is to send good intentions and let the soul decide how to use them. You only deplete yourself if you force a specific outcome. What about the saying, “sending you thoughts and prayer”? They’re really just saying sending you good vibes and in the end it all works out the same way.

If words shape reality, could unintentional words (e.g., gossip) also have manifesting power?

Yes and no. As mentioned earlier (“alignment & intention” in the Just So You Know section), unintentional words lack focused energy. For deeper discussion on slander and curses, see my blog on Curses & Psychic Attacks.

Note to Healers

Feeling drained or sick? You’re taking responsibility for the healing (“my energy = my burden”). Nope.

  • You are a conduit—not the energy itself. Source Energy + the person’s higher self agreement = the healing.
  • If you sense their ailment? “Not mine.” Where does it go? Wherever the healing energy decides. Boundaries = empowerment.
  • Getting their symptoms? It’s not because of them—it’s your body mirroring the energy you held onto. Release it → energy says goodbye.
  • Still depleted? You might not be grounded (before, during, or after). Rest. Drink water. Channeling healing energy runs high-voltage energy through the physical body—it’s got some juice.

If you feel sick after:

  1. Drink water
  2. Stomp feet (x3 enough)
  3. Sniff black pepper (not doin’ lines lol—above and away from container)

Sleep + water + break = road to recovery. Remember you did nothing wrong: no fear → no keep.

Here’s my curtsy and a smile 🩰😊.

Chart: Speaking Power vs. Prayer, Affirmations, Mantras

Method Purpose Energy Source Target Your Role
Prayer Requesting divine intervention External (deity/universe) Person/situation Passive
Affirmations Reprogramming subconscious Internal repetition Self only Self-focused
Mantras Elevating vibration Sacred sound frequency Self or collective Neutral tool
Speaking Power (Create) Building your reality Internal + external fusion Self/goals Active architect
Speaking Power (Heal) Repairing energy Channeled Source Energy Others/objects Conduit (name → release)

Key Difference: Speaking Power requires physical commitment (alignment, breath, touch, or visualizing the connection).

How to Speak Power for Healing

  1. Align: Body (still), mind (focused), spirit (open). “Attention.”
  2. Name the Block: Sense → label (“ancestral grief,” “fear of X”—physical pain).
  3. Speak Over: Whisper “Release” or “Heal” → exhale onto person/object. (There’s power in saying it out loud, but you can also just think it.—Don’t look for results. Let the energy decide the details.)
  4. Visualize Energy as Color: Gold for healing, white for neutrality. Not your job to direct it. (Some of you may see other colors—cool beans, listen to your inner wisdom.)
  5. Cut Cords: “Not mine. Return to source.”—then ground (prevents energetic backwash).

Friendly reminder, again: The person doesn’t have to be present.

Part II—The Who, Why, Whens

Belief Systems You’re Pulling From

  • Hoodoo/Conjure: Odd-numbered days, breath + touch rituals.
  • Chaos Magick: Belief as fuel, results over dogma.
  • Shamanism: Naming to release, channeling source energy.
  • Quantum Theory: Observer effect (words shape reality).

Notes: Everything so far sounds like psychology? Mmhmm, but psychology doesn’t explain why collective odd-day rituals work. And skeptics can’t argue with results—try it and track shifts.

Different Ways to “Speak” Power

  • Affirmations & Mantras – Repeating phrases to reprogram the mind (“I am worthy”).
  • Light Language – Channeling sounds (like crystal singing bowls, bells, or spontaneous vocal tones) that bypass logic to activate healing.
  • Naming the Unseen – Calling out hidden energies (“This is your mom’s unsaid grief”) to dissolve their hold. (In sessions, when I name it, the energy begins to release. It started happening intuitively.)
  • Story Weaving – Rewriting personal or collective narratives (“I am worthless”“I am healing”).
  • Oral Tradition – Passing down wisdom through spoken stories, myths, or prophecies.
  • Prophesying – Not just seeing the future, but speaking it into being. (Note: In Christianity, this is called “prophetic utterance”—even prayer warriors speak divine outcomes over others.) Everyone who sends healing energy does so in the authority of Source.
  • Chanting, Spells, Whispered Magick – Using rhythmic or intentional speech to direct energy.

How Words Help Shape Reality

Words don’t just describe—they create. Someone could say, “I love your outfit”, but the energy doesn’t align, and we’re left feeling upset (We call it being fake). Another says it and means it and it leaves us feeling wonderful! Now imagine using that power to shift.

It’s Ancient

Every culture recognizes the power of words:

  • Egyptian Priests used hekau (words of power) in rituals.
  • Celtic Bards wove poetry to alter fate.
  • Vedic Rishis chanted Sanskrit mantras to manifest and heal.
  • Shamans used true names to command spirits or break curses.

Our little cousin Science (with the boogers in his nose) says: Studies show labeling emotions (“I feel angry”) reduces their hold on the brain. Now imagine naming heavier crap—like ancestral trauma or soul contracts—and releasing/healing them.

You Might Already Be Sensing This Type of Energy

If you’ve ever:

  • Felt energy shift when someone named it (“Are you okay?” when you were hiding pain) it kinda snaps you outta of the “full” vibe.
  • Used a phrase or a favorite song that instantly changed a mood.
  • Felt drawn to writing, singing, or speaking as healing tools.

Other examples: Music, laughter, or even hearing a stranger’s kind words can shift your state.

Final Insight

Words are alive. They cut or stitch, destroy or create. When used consciously, we’re not just talking—we’re weaving new realities.

Additional Techniques (For Added Info)

  • Kabbalah: Tzeruf (letter permutation) to alter reality.
  • Hoodoo: Bible verses spoken over candles for manifestation.
  • Tibetan Buddhism: Seed syllables (“Hrih” for compassion) to activate energy.
  • Nordic traditions: Galdr (incantations) sung or screamed for effect.

Part III: More Insight on Light Language

(I added this because I felt it was important.)

The term “Light Language” is a term that came about in the late 20th/early 21st century New Age and channeling communities, but the concept is, I believe we all know, older.

Basically, they regurgitated 😄:

  • Shamans and mystics who used “spirit songs” or sounds (no meaning, not words) to communicate with the divine to channel energies, meditate, or heal.
  • Hindu and Buddhist traditions with seed syllables (mantras like “Om”) believed to activate energy.
  • Christian glossolalia (“speaking in tongues”), where spontaneous speech is considered divine language—it’s like expressing your connection with God through sound.
  • Starseed communities claiming connections to Pleiadian, Lyran, or Sirian “light codes.”

Who Coined the Term?

No One Really—Kinda Came About From:

  • Dolores Cannon’s hypnosis sessions (1990s), where clients channeled “star languages.”
  • Barbara Marciniak’s Bringers of the Dawn (1992), describing Pleiadian “light encodements.”
  • Online spiritual forums (2000s+) where practitioners shared experiences of “downloads.”

Light Language—A Modern Take

It’s a modern take on channeling energy through sound. Think of it as freestyling with vibrations: no structure, just intuition (interpretive dance style with sounds). The practitioner tunes into healing frequencies (light, love, higher-dimensional energy) and lets the sounds flow from what they feel.

Like throat singing or ancient mantra traditions, it uses vibrational tones to alter consciousness—but here (LL), there’s no technique to learn. It’s raw, unscripted, and to outsiders, it might sound made up (not to be rude—it’s because, honestly, there’s no real way to describe Light Language except to experience it). Some hum, some whisper, others speak in rhythms that don’t sound like any earthly language—because they’re not. It’s energy first, words second.

Is it real or just imagination? Could be with some. Science proves sound changes your brain (like binaural beats). Light Language works similarly – but comes straight from your spirit. What matters, in my opinion? Your opinion. If expressing energy this way lights you up, go for it! Your joy makes the magick stronger.

My Interpretation

It’s intuitive sound alchemy—a way to bypass the mind and let energy direct expression. Whether called “angelic tongues,” “star codes,” or just “that weird humming thing,” the core is the same: sound as a vessel for vibration, not vocabulary.

Thank You for Reading Along
